Rapid growth in Australian Microturbine market sees Optimal invest in new Melbourne headquaters
Optimal group have moved into a new Melbourne facility, located at Mulgrave in Melbourne, Victoria. Over 1,000 sqm of warehouse and 800 sqm of office space, it will provide a central hub to service Australian and New Zealand customers including:
- Sales, service, engineering and project teams
- New Capstone Microturbine systems
- Central store with over $500,000 of spare parts inventory
- Back to base remote monitoring centre
- Test bay & workshop
- 20 Person ASP training facility
Additionally, renovations scheduled to be completed by the end of 2015 will bring a fresh new look to the site and cater for continued growth.
The Melbourne centre will serve as service coordination base for Optimal’s service technicians that support over 21 Megawatts of Capstone Turbines installed nationally.
