Optimal are excited to be working with Lotus Living, on their much anticipated Club Jubilee One Aquatic Centre.
This will be the first commercial building in the new Jubilee housing estate, located just past Werribee in Wyndham Vale, Victoria. Club Jubilee One will also be the first privately owned indoor water park in Australia. The brand-new establishment is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019/2020 and will house over 200 bathers, equipped with two indoor waterslides, interactive fun zones and a fully equipped gymnasium.
It is so important for aquatic centres to maintain an ideal temperature of 28 degrees, across all of their pools and water features. This generally sends their electricity bills through the roof, causing a massive headache for owners. So that we can keep Club Jubilee One’s future electricity costs down, Optimal are providing the development with a Capstone C65 microturbine with incorporated heat recovery units. Installation of these units means that any waste heat generated by the turbines will be delivered into free heat for the centre. Not only is this cost efficient, but it will also cut their carbon emissions down substantially.
