EPC Capabilities
Optimal maintains in-house project engineering and project management capabilities enabling complete project delivery as principal contractor for turnkey projects.
Engineering & Design
We have a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 20+ staff providing engineering and design capabilities. Our capabilities in this area include mechanical process plant 3D modelling, piping design, piping isometric, structural detailing, HV and LV electrical, instrumentation and controls design and testing. We have access to advanced process design software applications including hydraulic and thermodynamic modelling.
Procurement & Logistics
Our procurement management capabilities revolve around three facets: quality control, scheduling and cost control. Our capabilities in this area range from cost estimation and budgeting to supplier and contractor commercial evaluation and contract negotiation. Moreover, we have an experienced logistics team with experience in international procurement as well as shipping, transport and cranage management.
Construction Management
Optimal experienced project managers with a proven track record of delivering industrial design and construction projects. Our capabilities in this area include project contracting and risk management, scheduling and cost control, construction supervision and site safety management systems. We also utilise advanced Microsoft project portfolio management and scheduling processes.
